Chef Quincy Adams Erickson Currently the owner and executive chef of Fete Accompli, Inc., specializing in party food for takeout, delivery and full catering.

Was previously the owner of Amuse Bouche, LLC, a catering company. Is a graduate with honors of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France with the prestigious Grande Diplome de Cuisine et Patisserie.

Is currently on the Executive Board of the Wine and Food Foundation of Texas since 2000. Is the chair of the nationally recognized Stephen Pyles Culinary Competition since 2001, and is the co-chair of the Wine and Food Foundation’s Pastry Competition in its first year, 2008. From 2006-8, has been the co-chair of the Annie’s List luncheon (2007), Mobile Loaves and Fishes Vintage Wine and Food Tasting (2006, 2007, 2008) and in the fall, the Les Dames D’ Escoffier Fall Fundraiser (2007 & 2008). Teaches cooking classes at Central Market since 1999.

Since 1984, has been an avid proponent of locally grown and organic food and wine in the Texas community with her employment at Wheatville where she ran the deli, cheese, wine, meat and bakery departments for 9 years.

Has been featured in the Austin American Statesman, Tribeza Magazine, Austin Monthly Magazine, Texas Monthly Magazine, The Austin Chronicle, Austin Women’s Magazine, Austin Monthly Home and the West Austin News.

Published two articles about her food adventures in France that appeared in the Austin American Statesman, is working on a book about her humorous experiences moving to and living in Paris, and has been gathering and testing her recipes for a new cookbook.

Quincy Adams Erickson lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, Steve Nagle and has two children, Arianna and Herrick.

Beverage Service on Every Mobilejet We utilize two Tassimo beverage systems in every Mobilejet.  This allows us to serve a wide variety of coffee drinks, and it also makes exotic teas and even hot chocolate!  In addition, we stock sparkling waters, sodas and various juices.  We will put any beverage you bring on board into our very cold refrigerator.
